Michael holds a Master's degree in Business Administration & Finance. Before joining BonVenture, he gained experience in M&A and equity research and worked for an asset manager focusing on investments in innovative technology companies.

Anna Sophie co-built the food and fitness company VITAFY BRANDS as COO and Marketing Director and previously worked as a strategy consultant for four years. Her investment focus lies on sustainable consumption, digital health, and climate resilience.

Mariana holds a Master's degree in Finance & Information Management with academic stints across Cambridge and Stanford. Before joining BonVenture, she worked across consultancy, banking, M&A and both deep-tech and YC-backed AI startups.

Theresa holds a Master's degree in Finance and is experienced in private equity and as an auditor in the financial sector.

Benjamin graduated with a Master's degree in Management & Technology, majoring in Finance & Accounting and Mechanical Engineering. He gained experience in technology consulting and a global NGO working for children without parental care.

Nikolaj studied industrial engineering and built two startups in the areas of the Internet of Things and robotics. He was an investment manager at a tech VC. Nikolaj's investments focus on deep, industrial, & digital tech as well as digital health.

Angela is a founder of three startups in the areas medical engineering, education and digital health. Since 2009 she is an Impact Investor at BONVENTURE. Her investment focus lies on health and education as well as digital solutions.

Anca studied law and holds a master's degree in finance and banking. She worked as a customer advisor in banking and in the project management office of a large insurance group. Anca joins BONVENTURE as assistant to management and office manager.

Axel is an advisary partner at BONVENTURE as well as in management consulting at Bain & Company. He headed Bain's Frankfurt office and coordinated European M&A consulting activities. For more than 10 years he has been advising social enterprises.

Christina is BONVENTURE's mouthpiece to the world and connects investors and portfolio companies. Through her professional stations and political studies in Munich, London, Oslo and Moscow, she brings versatile perspectives and extensive experience.

Erwin is one of the „Founding Fathers“ of Impact Investing in Germany. In 2002, he initiated the founding of BONVENTURE, the first impact investing fund in the German-speaking realm, with a group of socially committed investors. His investment focus is on nature tech and biodiversity, climate and energy, education, as well as data-driven and AI-supported business models.
